APPLICATIONS ARE BEING ACCPETED THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2022
The Rhode Island Society of Environmental Professionals (RISEP), a non-profit environmental organization founded in 1989 to encourage and facilitate the growth of Rhode Island’s environmental services industry, is pleased to offer three $1,000 educational scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year. Two scholarships will be awarded to students currently enrolled in a New England College or University and majoring in an environmental science, environmental policy, environmental engineering, or environmental education program. A third scholarship will be awarded to a senior attending a High School in Rhode Island who has demonstrated a commitment to improving environment quality in New England and who will be accepted into the Fall 2022 semester at an accredited New England College or University. Each scholarship awarded will be issued to the college or university in the student’s name.
Interested students must complete a RISEP Student Membership application (free) and submit the RISEP Scholarship application no later than AUGUST 31, 2022. The RISEP Membership and Scholarship applications, including detailed instructions, are located below.
