Lake Shore Environmental, Inc. is currently accepting applications for an Environmental Scientist, Engineer, or Geologist. Successful candidate will have 2 to 10 years consulting experience in the environmental assessment and remediation industry. Must have BS or MS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology/Hydrogeology, or other related science. Responsibilities will involve performance of ASTM Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments, drafting technical reports, field sampling and coordination of site investigation activities and design/implementation of remediation systems. Lake Shore Environmental (LSE) manages sites in RI, MA and CT so applicants should ideally have working knowledge of the MCP, RSRs and RI’s Remediation Regulations. Must be organized, motivated and have excellent technical writing skills and good personal communication skills.

SAGE Environmental, Inc. is currently accepting applications for an Environmental Scientist, Engineer, or Geologist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performance of ASTM Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments; preparation of work plans; scheduling and providing field oversight of subcontractors; assessing work conducted by others; collection of soil, groundwater, sediment and soil gas samples, and analyzing laboratory data; writing technical reports, proposals and other documents; and making technical recommendations related to site assessment and remediation activities.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience related to environmental consulting, site assessment, and projects mandated by state regulations (i.e. RIDEM Site Investigation Process, MassDEP MCP Regulations etc.). Excellent written and verbal, as well as, organizational skills are critical to success in our firm. At a minimum, OSHA 40 Hr. HAZWOPER training is also preferred but not required.
