Organization of RISEP A Board of Directors, consisting of five to eleven members elected for two-year terms by the general membership, oversees the affairs of RISEP. The Directors, in turn, elect the officers consisting of, at a minimum, Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer for a term of one year. RISEP MISSION STATEMENT RISEP is an association of environmental, industrial, and engineering firms organized to promote the advancement of environmental and engineering practitioners to network and discuss regulatory and technical issues that are facing the environmental business community in Rhode Island.
