RISEP
is a nonprofit corporation formed in 1989 to encourage and facilitate the
development and support of the environmental services industry in Rhode Island.
The membership of RISEP
includes engineering and environmental consulting firms, industry/manufacturing,
academia, attorneys, government agencies and environmental technology
businesses. RISEP provides a collective voice for the environmental community
in the identification of key regulatory issues and reforms that are important
to industry and commerce. RISEP provides a coordinated level of technical
expertise to the regulatory and legislative community for expert reviews and
guidance.

Upcoming Northeast Waste Management Officials' Association (NEWMOA) Workshops
Greener Cleanups: What Does It Mean and How Do You Do It? Greening waste site cleanup is a rapidly developing concept and
has become an important issue for regulators, industry and the general
public. This workshop brings together national leaders to:

information on incorporating sustainability concepts into the site
